In the Future of Work Pop Up Lab within the HXM MEE team, we believe in collaborative power to create the Future of Work. We are a platform where HR leaders & experts can exchange with their peers and share valuable knowledge to accelerate their digital transformation and drive the change they want to see in their organizations. We aim to bring interesting formats, methods and topics to the table and be the platform in which HR experts and leaders can exchange and learn from each other. With this, we aim to transform HR and at the same time build a long-term relationship with our customers, change their perception and build trust. 

We are looking for a motivated intern (f/m/d) who wants to support us as a Content Creator Lead - a core role in our internal team. In this role you will be responsible for creating and uploading relevant and interesting content on our social media channel and building an audience and customer engagement. You will monitor metrics, engage with comments and create all creative designs. You will support us on cultivating a strong brand identity on LinkedIn by creating stories and posts that externally communicate what HR Experts are experiencing in our formats and position our internal leaders as trusted advisors in Future of Work and HR relevant topics.


Your tasks will include:
•    Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar assets.
•    Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualizing your findings.
•    Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials.
•    Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions, and to promote company initiatives.
•    Suggesting new ways to promote offerings and to reach HR Experts.
•    Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
•    Providing engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts.

Currently a student (f/m/d) of a university or university of applied sciences (FH) with a focus on social media and communication, business administration, business informatics, psychology, media design, or related subjects.
•    Languages: Fluent in both German and English is a must
•    First experiences with SAP internal systems is a plus

Skills and Competencies:
•    Excellent verbal communication skills
•    Excellent writing skills
•    Attention to detail and ability to multitask
•    Graphic design skills – InDesign, Photoshop or other graphic design tools are also a plus

Nice to have:
•    Video production skills  - After Effects, Camtasia or other video production tool
