PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Delivered by team of talented Executive Search professionals who share the same enthusiasm and experience with the ability to provide External & Internal Talent insights allowing for better hiring decisions.
The Executive Recruitment Team Coordinator is a pivotal member of the team and responsible for several core tasks supporting both the global Executive Recruiting (ER) team as well as the regional ER team that cover the MEE, EMEA North & South regions.

 

 EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS 


•    Creation and publishing of Executive job postings on our internal SAP career portal as well as on all relevant external websites
•    Scheduling of Executive level interviews being the primary liaison for hiring managers, Executive Recruiters and candidates
•    Arranging schedules, travel, transport and logistics for Executives
•    Dealing with enquires related to recruiting process
•    Report management for global and regional requests; primary contact for SAP’s HR Analytics team
•    Workers council hearings: take the lead for all hearing submissions including the relevant translations into German language. Make sure that the reasons are compliant, align with WoC upfront regarding critical cases, represent the respective recruiter when in-person-attendance at WoC-meetings is required, align with legal department regarding critical cases (e.g. rejections)
•    Contact person for working students within the team
•    Project lead for regional recruiting initiatives
•    Agency management and liaison for PO creation and SOW’s
•    Support on-boarding of new employees

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES 

 

•    Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied science
•    Preferred fields of study: HR or International Management, or a related field
•    Fluent written and spoken German and English language is mandatory
•    Experience of leading or co-managing projects
•    Proven experience of being able to work on multiple tasks and projects under pressure and to deadline
•    Strong organizational skills with a passion for accuracy and detail
•    A confident communicator and proven experience of liaising at senior leadership level
•    Customer-oriented
•    Advanced MS Office (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) skills mandatory, SAP SuccessFactors (RCM) would be a plus 
•    The ideal candidate is organizationally agile; can navigate a complex organization to reach a goal or objective. Furthermore, the candidate is culturally-savvy, has worked across borders, dealing easily with individuals from different cultures and backgrounds
 
WORK EXPERIENCE


•    Previous experience in HR as well as Recruiting is desired
