What you'll do

 

  • Support transformation communication efforts for SAP’s Intelligent Enterprise Solutions organization.
  • Create diverse communication materials such as internal blogs, e-mails, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
  • Work with colleagues from other departments from all over the world in terms of communication as well as project management, to understand the full scope of IES’ operations.
  • Prepare and facilitate meetings, provide event management support, and take ownership for dedicated smaller event formats.
  • Conduct research and provide communication materials for the team and the IES organization to accelerate cultural change and transformation.

 

What you bring

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration / Business Informatics / Marketing / Corporate Communications / Media, or related fields
  • Project Management experience
  • Affinity for drafting/reviewing communication assets (blogs, articles, PowerPoint presentations)
  • Team player, enthusiastic, open-minded, customer-oriented, communicative, self-driven, reliable
  • Computer skills: Advanced Microsoft 365 skills
  • Languages: Business fluent in English and German

 

Meet your team


As a central service team, Intelligent Enterprise Solutions (IES) Business Operations serves and supports the Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO), which includes the IES leadership team and their respective IES units. The team also acts as an interface to support functions outside of IES across board areas (e.g., Corporate Communications, HR and Controlling).

 

At the core, the IES Business Operations team covers Communications, Business Operations and Cultural Change. We shape the strategic direction, plan, and orchestrate the transformation and execute strategic projects for the CDIO and his leadership team across the whole organization.

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
