The SAP Health Team makes SAP run better by improving working conditions and productivity of employees. It is responsible for SAP´s global health, wellness and work-life management portfolio, prevention of health hazards and pandemic related risks, health & wellness policies. 
Our Health Management Strategy provides thought leadership on linking health & well-being to talent management, productivity, and financial outcomes.  
We are executing on this strategy by driving innovative programs, initiating innovative health data analytics and health related KPIs and show-casing innovative products and solutions.
We engage internally and externally in the field of individual health and a healthy business culture at the workplace. This approach has received numerous awards of great place to work as well as national health awards.


What you will do:

You will assist the team in the following areas:
Support the development, implementation, coordination and evaluation of a variety of health promotion initiatives and health projects 

  • Closely collaborate with the Global Health & Well-Being team at SAP
  • Support in various health actions such as Covid19 rapid tests, health campaigns at the main site as well as at subsidiaries
  • Participation in development of test stations/ + statistical processing.
  • Input of various data (statistics, accounting, etc.)
  • Layout/Design of Marketing & Communication material (Roll-Up, Poster, Flyer…)
  • For at least 6 months

What you bring: 


You are a currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences:
Student (f/m) Preferred field of study: Health Management, Sport Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Studies, Education Science, Psychology or related subject

  • Teamworking and open communication
  • Passion for Corporate Health Management and interest for physical and mental health topics
  • Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing in English and German language
  • Service orientation, ability to work self-dependent and drive for execution
  • Originality and ability to understand and improve processes and materials
  • Ability to design and prepare high-impact presentations and reports
  • Be familiar with latest trends in social media and latest technology trends
  • Expected travel 0-10% occasionally within Germany
