What you'll do
- Develop engaging and exciting learning content for a variety of learning delivery methods (self-paced, instructor-lead, train-the-trainer, eLearning etc.), e.g. based on reference materials and in collaboration with various Subject Matter Experts
- Work on instructional design projects for functional and behavioural learning for international audiences, based on robust needs analysis and prioritization, within given budget and time
- Identify learning and performance objectives and design scalable enablement activities
- Develop facilitator guides and evaluation strategies, as well as validate quantitative and qualitative assessments for enablement programs
- Act as Program Manager for assigned learning & development offerings
- Interpret evaluation data and suggest improvements to program based on feedback.
- Support the Digital Finance Transformation with regards to Culture, Learning & Development and Leadership in the Digital World – including aspect of agility, peer feedback and a failure culture
What you bring
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Adminstration, Psychology, Education or related field of studies
- First working experience in a learning & development organization is a must have! (from internship or working student jobs)
- Project experience would be very beneficial
- Experiences in creation of videos, communication and marketing materials would be appreciated
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and complete multiple assignments successfully
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong networking skills to collaborate with participants, subject matter experts and stakeholders across the company
- Talent to motivate individuals beyond her/his direct field of control
- Understanding of the F&A department – including functions, processes etc.
- First working experience in a corporate university, a learning organization or an organizational development department – acquired within former internships, working student job or vocational training prior to studies

GFA – Global Finance and Administration, is SAP´s CFO board area. We take care of all Finance tasks, e.g. Accounting, Controlling or Procurement. Roughly 5 000 colleagues work in GFA.
In the last years, GFA has actively driven and shaped its transformation to a customer centric, efficient organisation! As one strong team, we act as Business Partners and Transformation Agents, while never losing sight of our important stewardship role for compliance. Our next big step is the Digital Finance Transformation – a multiyear project focusing on 4 key areas, to manage SAP´s growth plans, new business models and of course our company and the F&A strategy. These areas are:
