YOUR FUTURE ROLE     
The Presales Specialist (f/m/d) is responsible for leading and supporting sales cycles for SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) deals in SAP’s midmarket segment, serving both NetNewNames and installed base customers together with our SME partner ecosystem in Germany, Switzerland and CEE.

Responsibilities include also the following:

• Qualify customer requirements in discovery calls and give recommendations for best solution fit to ensure we address customers’ needs.
• Create a convincing and innovative customer experience through exciting solution demos and presentations.
• Drive customer development through interactive workshop formats using Design Thinking methods.
• Enable internal resources with solid background know-how in SAC.
• Always stay on top-notch knowledge around the functional capabilities of SAC.
• Support customer events and demand generations campaigns.
• Work closely with our Sales, Demand Generation and Partner ecosystem.

YOUR PROFILE      

• Experienced presales or consultant professional with 2+ years working experience and good technical understanding.
• Solution knowledge in SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Language skills: Fluency (spoken and written) in English and German. 
• Good understanding of SAP business strategy and solutions, partners, markets and competition.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to de-escalate problematic situations.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Solution Advisory Team is part of the MEE Digital Hub and supports sales, Digital Demand Executives and partners in Germany, Switzerland and CEE in all solution-related topics around 3 main pillars (Digital Core, Customer Experience and SuccessFactors).
