  • Shaping the future of a cloud-native software suite in the area of content management and content experience
  • Responsible for stakeholder management, feature planning, execution, delivery, and finally the success along the whole product lifecycle. 
  • Requirements collection and description of product features including overseeing the product roadmap based on the development backlogs of different development teams. 
  • Responsible to work with other product managers and ensure requirements make it to the right development backlog in a prioritized order. 

Required skills

  • Master’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field
  • More than 5 years experience within one or more of the following Job roles are required: product management, solution architecture or pre-sales
  • Product thinking from initial idea to market, with focus on the big picture, while deep diving into execution on operational level
  • Proven ability to quickly become an expert in a specific topic while not losing track of the big picture
  • Proven expertise in the area of headless or hybrid content management systems 
  • Experience in requirements gathering and requirements engineering
  • Proven experience in working with development and design teams
  • Fluent verbal communication and presentation skills in German & English

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge in enterprise software systems (e.g. ERP) and processes
  • Experience in start-ups and fast-growing environments 
  • Experience in product marketing and or sales with customer-centric product management methodologies
  • Understanding of cloud-native software architecture
  • Experience in the area of low-code / no-code platforms
