The SAP Health Team makes SAP run better by improving working conditions and productivity of employees. It is responsible for SAP´s global health, wellness and work-life management portfolio, prevention of health hazards and pandemic related risks, health & wellness policies. 
Our Health Management Strategy provides thought leadership on linking health & well-being to talent management, productivity, and financial outcomes.  
We are executing on this strategy by driving innovative programs, initiating innovative health data analytics and health related KPIs and show-casing innovative products and solutions.
We engage internally and externally in the field of individual health and a healthy business culture at the workplace. This approach has received numerous awards of great place to work as well as national health awards.


What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP Human Resources iXp Intern (f/m/d) - SAP Health Team
Work Area: Human Resources
Location: Walldorf (remote work possible within Germany)
Expected start date: July 01, 2022

Duration: Preferred at least 6 months


In this role, you’ll:

  • Support the development, implementation, coordination and evaluation of a variety of health promotion initiatives and health projects in Germany (especially in the medical office in Walldorf and Rot)
  • Organize and support DGUV-related topics and materials (ppt, exel, etc.)
  • Plan and support the realization of health campaigns (e.g. preparation of marketing assets)
  • Contribute to various health actions such as screenings, treatments and check-ups
  • Support in creating of marketing & communication material (Roll-Up, Poster, Flyer…)
  • Evaluate programs in the medical office
  • Prepare reportings


Who you are:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Preferred field of study: Health Management, Sport Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Studies, Education Science, Psychology or related subject
  • Teamworking and open communication
  • Passion for Corporate Health Management and interest for physical and mental health topics
  • Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing in English and German language
  • Service orientation, ability to work self-dependent and drive for execution
  • Originality and ability to understand and improve processes and materials
  • Ability to design and prepare high-impact presentations and reports
  • Be familiar with latest trends in social media and latest technology trends
  • Expected travel 5-10% occasionally within Germany

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
