About the team:


The IT Corporate Compliance Office (IT CCO) is a cross-function in SAP´s Transformation Office with the aim to take SAP's vision and bring it to life, by mapping SAP's strategy to the operational reality and catalyzing necessary activities within the organization to turn that vision into impact. We help to accelerate SAP's digital transformation and to run compliant.

The IT CCO Team is an international Team with colleagues from different countries and different cultures. Together we work towards making our IT Processes and Products compliant by leveraging our core services: IT Compliance, IT Audits, IT Collaboration and IT Process Management.

 

What you’ll do:


Position title: SAP IT CCO iXp Intern (f/m/d) – IT Process Management
Work Area: Corporate Operations
Location: Walldorf (remote work possible within Germany)
Expected start date: July 01, 2022

 

In this role, you’ll:

 

  • Support the service delivery within our 4 core Services, with focus on IT Process Management 
  • IT Process Documentation in Signavio and Process Modelling Consulting Activities
  • IT Process Monitoring
  • Support IT Process Managers in prioritized process improvements
  • Audit Preparation
  • Participate in Projects with many different stakeholders, from different LoBs and countries. Taking over different Project Roles & Responsibilities.
  • Help to increase process and tasks transparency and therefore ensure to provide a big support towards certifications and the compliance of our Processes/Systems and Products. 

 

Who you are:


You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Required skillset:
  • Customer oriented having business as well as IT process knowledge.
  • Skilled in IT (Methods, Tools and Processes)
  • Experienced in Business Process Modelling with Signavio 
  • Used to the Microsoft Office Tools
  • Fluent in German & English, both oral and written.
