About the SAP Internship Experience Program

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

What you’ll do


The Global Operations Intern will support the following:

  1. Recruiting processes for the SAP Academy for Customer Success programs.
  2.  Key communications projects as well as resource creation and updates for stakeholder engagement.
  3. Reporting & Analytics.
  4. On-going and ad-hoc projects related to content delivery, performance tracking, and field coordination of Academy associates
  5. Topics such as career and leadership development, mentoring, peer-to-peer


What you bring


You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. 

  • Previous internship and/or leadership opportunities during University
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Language requirements: fluent English and German
  • Poject management and organization
  • Ability to think critically and connect dots
  • Highly conscientious and detail oriented
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environment
  • Strong oral/written communication skills
  • Teamwork & collaboration
  • Curiosity & Growth Mindset
  • Ability to navigate new and/or complex situations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint


Meet your team

The Customer Success Workforce Transformation and Readiness (CSWTR) organization was established to build upon the strong foundation of the nine-month SAP Academy for Customer Success and continue to support the development journey of the Academy associates across a three-year journey. 
Our global team, which operates across 60+ countries, is responsible for all strategic and operational activities such as:  attraction & hiring, and development of associates, integrating digital native talent, and evolving & empowering leaders across the Customer Success Board Area.
The core focus of this team is to drive customer life time value through creating an optimal experience for our associates to accelerate their development in customer facing roles.

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
