Business process transformation solutions, also known as SAP Signavio solutions, can help companies succeed in their digital transformation and continuously improve performance by helping understand, innovate, and transform processes – fast and at scale. Launched in early 2021, and with the acquisition of Signavio, the business process transformation LoB represents a fast-growing and strategic business area within SAP.

The Senior Specialist Global Event Content Business Process Transformation (m/f/d) supports the Global Event Lead and the SVP Marketing in the SAP Signavio LoB, and plays an essential role in developing a suitable event content strategy, red thread, presentation messaging and content formats to support the business achieve awareness and pipeline objectives. It  will be critical  to increase the business process transformation portfolio footprint in various audiences in the SAP installed base and in net new companies, as well as in various LoBs. The content created in this role should help improve brand awareness, audience expansion, demand generation, pipeline acceleration, loyalty, and advocacy throughout different event formats, virtual/online or physical, with customers, prospects, influencers, and partners.

Typical responsibilities and tasks include:

  • Market Research/Analysis – Professionally gather and synthesize market insights and event objectives for business process transformation solutions, including event landscape, market trends, and other information. Understand and define the target audience and its preferences, needs, and challenges. Combine the audience insights with communication needs, e.g. product innovations, customer examples, use cases, roadmap and our vision and mission.
  • Content and Messaging Development to Support the Event Outline – Apply a broad range of knowledge to develop, build, and tailor the key messages, red thread, and event agendas for the Business Process Transformation Forums across the globe and other key virtual and in-person events. 
  • Develop Storylines and Outstanding Presentation Delivery – Design, align on, and build storylines and scripts for the event moderation, keynotes, customer presentations, interactive break-out-sessions, and panel discussions. Come up with new innovative presentation formats. Run briefing calls with speakers, and review presentation slides.
  • Create Promotional Content Driving Event Success – Compile copy for event landing pages, e-mail invitations for the target market, partners, promotional templates for sales, and collaborate with other marketing disciplines.  This includes social media marketing, digital marketing, field marketing, and communications to support an integrated event marketing mix that drives attendance, sponsorships, and share of voice.
  • Prolong Event Experience through Content – Use the on-site experience to create additional value-adding content for the target market, for example, videos with the participants, surveys on site, and blogs about the key messages at the event. Collaborate with Global Marketing Program Leads to make sure the event and global programs content complement each other into a cohesive customer journey, and to maximize reach.
  • Assess, Analyze, and Evaluate Messages and Market Reactions – for example, via analysis of assessments and inquiries, digital engagements, and funnel analysis to optimize event content strategies and influence communications. Evaluate new techniques to create outstanding event content strategies and deliverables, using  best practices to create repeatable processes.



  • You have already gained valuable years of marketing experience
  • You have a good understanding of the business process transformation LoB’s vision and strategic goals
  • You have professional experience in any or several of the following fields: journalism, market and trends research, interviewing, copywriting, editing, storytelling, content creation, and B2B content marketing
  • You're accustomed and have experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously whilst conforming with required deadlines
  • You have the ability to manage various stakeholders at all levels
  • Through your strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and writing skills you successfully interact with colleagues and executive management in English. Fluent German is a plus
  • Amongst your other interpersonal skills, you have a focus on results and execution, you are motivated to work with an international and intercultural team and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • You deliver high-quality input despite time constraints and are able to work independently
