SUMMARY
The CX Integration & Validation team is responsible to develop and deliver CX Integration scenarios, to validate cross CX end to end process flows and to drive concept work for integration related technology guidelines form the Intelligent Enterprise program.

 

THE ROLE
Your duties as Senior Product Specialist include
•    Drive and contribute to concept work related to master data, One Domain Model and integration topics relevant for SAP CX and the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) process.
•    Represent the SAP CX organization in working groups of Cross Product Architecture (CPA).
•    Work collaboratively with representatives from the SAP CX Development and Operations unit to provide feedback to CPA concepts.
•    Manage and orchestrate cross CX roadmaps for implementation of CPA / suite quality adoption in collaboration with the affected development teams
•    Work collaboratively with representatives from Intelligent Enterprise initiatives across PE, T&I to represent SAP CX and the L2C process  
•    Work in close alignment with the CPO of CX Integration and the Customer Insight team to evaluate integration related pain points and prioritize investments
•    Support the CX Integration development team in delivering specific CX integrations

 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
•    5+ years of experience and knowledge with master data and integration technology topics.
•    Profound architectural understanding around integration topics and One Domain Model.
•    Proven organizational skills and strong communicator with attention to detail and an eye for identifying and mitigating risks
•    Existing network in SAP CX Engineering and Operations as well as to SAP Product Engineering and T&I is an asset
•    Excellent English is a must. German language skills are preferred.
•    Profound understanding of the role and positioning of SAP applications, which are relevant to integrate with CX applications – Detailed experience with one CX application and/or S/4HANA would be ideal

 

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Intelligent Enterprise & Integration team is responsible for all cross-CX activities to achieve the vision of the Intelligent Enterprise at SAP. Making CX greater than the sum of its parts, this team of “collaboration connoisseurs” lives in between and across applications, with our customers’ business processes and strategic outcomes in mind. We drive the Technology Guidelines & Suite Qualities adoption efforts, develop strategic integrations between CX solutions, and lead all cross-CX testing. We also focus on Lead-to-Cash (L2C), its variants, and other cross-application E2E scenarios. In 2021 we are expanding our scope to increase cross-product Product Management, as well as bringing in customer insights into our existing Program Office, to drive development that our customers need and adopt. Based in India, Germany, and Canada we build bridges across continents, applications, and organizations.
