As Talent Attraction Manager (f/m/d) you will inspire and lead a talented team of Talent Attraction Partners dedicated to networking, sourcing and attracting the very best and most diverse top talent both internally and externally. The primary focus of the team is aligned to all corporate board areas (non tech). Ideally located in Germany you will participate and become a key member of the regional EMEA Talent Attraction leadership team.


In this role, you will be an expert in the German talent market economies, diversity & inclusion, competitive hiring practices and will use this information to shape hiring managers' and executives' strategy on hiring best talent.


  • Lead a team of Talent Attraction professionals and experts with integrity, transparency and empathy.
  • Build an approach to deliver best in class candidate and customer experience and use the data and unstructured feedback in order to continuously improve experiences.
  • Contribute to the global TA organization, by leading teams through change, championing new strategies and being an advocate for the global TA organization.
  • Apply the right measurements and feedback to the team, individually and collectively to ensure growth and success.
  • Own and deliver the team’s commitment to their customers’ hiring goals.
  • Enable the team to create and deliver recruiting strategies to attract the best talent.
  • Build exceptional relationships and become valued as a trusted partner to the wider Talent Attraction and HR organization.
  • Handle ad hoc escalations and manage expectations of hiring managers and executives when required to educate on market conditions.
  • People Management including 1:1s, performance reviews, development and goal setting in addition to hiring and promoting career paths for individual team members.




  • 10+ years’ experience, at least 5 of which should be in an In-house or Internal recruitment role, preferably in an international environment
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the talent market and software industry
  • Understanding of current technology trends and terminology and a desire to keep abreast of emerging technologies.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with HR peer functions within SAP.
  • Proven ability to lead and facilitate change and improvements for the benefit of the wider team.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English & German.
  • Demonstrable dedication to developing self and others


  • Experience leading a TA team and/or coaching & mentoring less experienced team members
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to develop in SAP’s How we Run and Lead Behaviours, particularly Explore Possibilities, Unlock Potential and Make it Happen together.
