Your future role

 

We are hiring a Talent Attraction Manager (f/m/d) to lead a team of diverse Talent Attraction Partners dedicated to sourcing and attracting top technology talent. In his role, you will leverage your expertise in tech talent market economies, diversity & inclusion and competitive hiring practices to shape hiring managers' and executives' strategy on hiring tech talent.

 

  • Lead a diverse team of Tech Talent Attraction professionals and experts with integrity, transparency, and empathy through change, championing new strategies and being an advocate for the global Talent Attraction organization.
  • Build an approach to deliver best in class candidate and customer experience and use the data and unstructured feedback to continuously improve experience as well as owning and delivering the team’s commitment to their customers’ hiring goals.
  • Enable the team to create and deliver recruiting strategies to attract the best candidates and fill positions, whilst applying the right measurements and feedback to the team, individually and collectively to ensure growth and success.
  • Build exceptional relationships and become valued as a trusted partner to HR peer functions who play a significant role in hiring and onboarding talent to SAP
  • Handle escalations and manage expectations of hiring managers and executives when required to educate on market conditions.
  • People Management: Conduct weekly 1:1s, quarterly performance reviews and annual compensation planning for each direct report, ensure each employee has measurable goals and development plans in place and hire and retain top Recruiting talent

 

Your profile

 

  • 8+ years’ Recruiting experience, at least 4 of which should be in an In-house or Internal recruitment role, within a large enterprise Tech org where the core focus has been on hiring Tech talent.
  • 3+ years’ experience leading a Talent Attraction team with a proven ability to lead and facilitate change and improvements for the benefit of the wider team.
  • Fluent German and English languages skills are required.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the technology talent market and software/tech industry as well as understanding of current technology trends and terminology and a desire to keep abreast of emerging technologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills as well as proven ability to build strong relationships with HR peer functions in SAP (HR, Employer Branding, Onboarding, Total Rewards, Talent Intelligence, Global Service Delivery etc.).

About the team

 

If successful, you would be leading a team based across different locations in Germany specialized in hiring the game-changing Technology & Product talent responsible for conceiving, designing and inventing SAP’s innovative products. Given the distribution of the team, this position can be located anywhere within Germany but preferably close enough to one of our R&D Labs in Walldorf, Berlin/Potsdam or Munich to enable ad-hoc in-person meetings with some of your team and customers. This role reports into the Global Head of Technology Talent Acquisition, SAP, based in UK.
