The Digital Customer Office team is driving the simplification and harmonization of SAP’s Customers Digital Experience. Everything starts with the customer first, identifying the best Customer Journey which means aligning, merging, or integrating SAP's digital touchpoints, tools & services along the customer journey. THE ROLE
Are you a talented and driven student with a passion for user experience design? Do you possess excellent Figma skills and have a knack for translating strategic ideas into compelling visual mock-ups and prototypes? Do you know your way around video-production to bring user-stories to live for business stakeholders? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
As a Student UX Designer, you will work closely with our design and strategy teams to create exceptional user experiences for our digital websites / portals and services. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Figma Design: Utilize your advanced skills in Figma to create intuitive and visually appealing designs for web and mobile applications that help bring our strategic vision to live.
- User Experience Research: Collaborate with our user research team to understand user behaviors, pain points, and preferences, incorporating insights into your design process.
- Strategy Integration: Comprehend and internalize business and product strategies, ensuring that your design solutions align with overarching goals.
- Vision Mock-ups: Support the creation of internal business cases by crafting captivating vision mock-ups and videos / animations that illustrate the potential of our products to stakeholders and clients.
- Iterative Design: Participate in design reviews and iterate on your designs based on feedback from stakeholders, team members, and user testing.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field such as User Experience Design, Interaction Design, or Graphic Design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and user experience best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and the ability to approach design problems strategically.
- No fear to challenge the status-quo and try new things.
- Familiarity with creating vision mock-ups that tell compelling stories and support business cases, ideally also using video and animation.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for staying up to date with the latest design trends and technologies.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
