We as BPI Cross team (COO function) provide the backbone for a seamless, efficient operations and strategy execution across the Business Process Intelligence unit.  
We are looking for someone who takes initiative, is motivated, curious to learn and is committed to the role with high personal expectations to work efficiently in an rapidly changing environment. 
As our new team member you will contribute to any kind of cross functional operational project topics - from making transparent, visualise strategy until daily operational support.

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences for business administration with an emphasis on Project Management, Finance, Analytics and/or Organizational Development
  • Computer skills: proficient in MS Office (especially excel and PowerPoint), affinity to work with data and reporting
  • Language skills: good communication skills – verbal and written (fluency in business English & German skills are required



  • Must be able to work as a team player, while having the ability to work independently.
  • Must be analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Must be able to confidently use MS Excel and understand how to use formulas.  Pivot tables are a plus.
  • Must be able to use MS PowerPoint for visualizing content
  • Must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation, and listening.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
