About the team

Part of CE&X COO, the CE&X Employee Skills & Performance Team is focused on empowering our workforce towards personal growth and organizational excellence.

Within ES&P, the Solution Area Enablement Team’s mission is to accelerate CE&X learner’s path to productivity and success in their new role within each Solution Area and continuously equip them with the skills and knowledge required for consistent employee and customer success.

 

The role

The CE&X Enablement working student is responsible for providing operational support to members of the Employee Skills & Performance Enablement team involving the coordination of virtual events and the contribution to the development of the CE&X Front role Enablement Learning Journeys.

 

After becoming familiar with existing Enablement programs, cadenced events and priorities across CE&X:

Support Employee Skills & Performance Enablement team with:

  • Cross team collaboration with Enablement Program owners
  • Planning New hire onboarding events as well as all type of enablement events, both Global and specific to each Solution Area
  • Project plan
  • Speaker identification
  • Content validation and formatting
  • Registration management
  • Reporting
  • Contributing to Learning Journey/Enablement programs development
  • Reviewing, standardizing content
  • Building/formatting assigned content creation tasks
  • Posting curating JAM/SharePoint Enablement content
  • Contribute to enablement planning and content creation based on prioritization

 

Role requirements

  • Fluent English and ability to work across time zones in a multi-cultural team
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Independent work style
  • Learning Design skills preferred
  • Passion for Education and training in a corporate environment
  • Strong Organizational skills with ability to stick to follow up and maintain schedule
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong customer service aptitude to support Stakeholders and Solution Area professionals.
