At Customer Innovation & Maintenance (CIM), we combine delivering innovation and best-in-class maintenance, with a focus on integrating innovation into SAP's standard/industry solutions to accelerate customer success.

Within CIM, the new unit of Solution Incubation Team leads the way towards the Intelligent Enterprise by developing strategic frontrunner solutions in conjunction with customers and product units.

We are looking for a working student with a focus on communication activities to enrich our team.



You will enjoy creating assets that enrich our communication within and outside our team. You will drive the use of best practices around communication channels and formats, as well as develop a knowledge base around our projects and processes. As a working student, you are a key player bridging all teams and topics.

You will be supporting the communications function, drive both internal and external communication topics and design visual appealing communication assets.


Specifically, your tasks will include:

  • Communications and marketing management: Owning project and/or team communications such as project newsletters, project reporting, the team’s SharePoint, jam, wiki sites, etc.
  • Create convincing communication assets in various forms
  • Maintain and expand the Solution Incubation team SharePoint
  • Research and gather data on the current organizational set-up, culture, and effective methodologies for Cloud Native Development
  • Collaborate with support colleagues, internal stakeholders, and partners


This is an ideal role for a very focused and ambitious individual who can work in a highly flexible environment.

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business, Communications, Marketing, or any related fields
  • Highly flexible, ability to work and handle uncertainty in rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to work independently, proactively and in an interdisciplinary team
  • Strong visual storytelling skills and open for fresh ideas
  • Profound skills in Microsoft PowerPoint. Other design tools (e. g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) are a plus
  • Curious to learn new technologies and flexible to adapt to a variety of tasks
  • Excellent English language skills - written and verbal


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
