SAP Customer Experience (CX) provides customers a solution portfolio to deliver contextual, consistent, and relevant cloud experiences regardless of channel or device. It combines solutions in the sales, service, marketing and commerce space.

The Customer Experience (CX) Trust Office Team is looking for a working student (f/m/d) to support the CX Secure Product Development Team in building up clear processes across all CX products to strengthen the product security posture, stabilize the secure product development and improve their maturity.



You will gain a deep insight and understanding of security, the SAP CX Products in the area of responsibility and the components, technologies and services used by it/them.

We are seeking for a talent (f/m/d) that helps us innovate and automate the way our security processes work. We need you to automate and simplify the use of new technologies. As a working student (f/m/d) your main tasks will be:

  • Support the Team to fix all vulnerabilities reported from external sources on a priority
  • Contribute to extension and improvement of the security knowledge base at SAP CX
  • Assist with security assessments, e.g., Threat Modeling, to reveal architectural security issues and assist the Product Team to reach a secure design
  • Execute security-related operations processes and procedures and SSDL
  • Contribute to centrally initiated security assessment/testing activities
  • Support developers in implementing fixes and track handling of incidents, whether actions are taken in time, and resulting in a sufficient level of quality.
  • Review code scan findings to find patterns, and work out guidelines for resolution
  • General Conditions:
    • Start date: as soon as possible
    • Duration: at least 6 months
    • Extensivness: 15-20 hours per week



  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Information Systems or another adequate discipline
  • Computer skills: Experience with standard Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), first experiences or broad interest in cloud infrastructure and security concepts, load balancing, networking, SAST, security operations and automation.
  • Language skills: Fluent in English, German as a plus
  • Soft skills: Team player, expert in organizing
