What you'll do


 As part of the BAC core team, you will  

  • Be at the center of the Digital Transformation of a major GFA function and support the team with daily tasks 
  • Support the leadership team in managing, and implementing controlling-related projects together with internal and external stakeholders, while helping them to drive and organize change management, communication and workshops for Business Area Controlling 
  • Support the BAC Leadership Team, by helping to organize All-Hands Meetings, Onboarding activities, and further social activities for 370+ employees 
  • Support the team by turning complex topics into lean designed PowerPoint slides that are easy to understand and consume  
  • Be co-responsible for the quarterly BAC Newsletter, and for keeping our BAC SharePoint Site up to date

 

What you bring


We are looking for YOU if you can answer most of the following questions with a "yes": 

  • You have a general management mindset and strong strategic and conceptual thinking,  
  • You can explain complex problems in easy words, and you have the ability to identify solutions for complex problems, 
  • You have an affinity for change management and communication, and are interested in Finance and Controlling topics, 
  • First experience in Finance/Controlling environment and change management/ communications (for example as part of your studies) is a plus, 
  • You are self-managed, pragmatic, reliable and have a professional working style, 
  • You are a team player, and you consider feedback as a gift, 
  • You are skilled and interested in design, especially in PowerPoint or other design programs 
  • You are in the second half of your studies, 
  • You speak English and German fluently.
