About the team

Our Product Marketing team is responsible to drive the global end-to-end customer journey for our intelligent Cloud ERP, SAP S/4HANA Cloud. We develop buying center-based product marketing content, programs, campaigns as well as virtual events and roll them out globally.  In doing so, we offer strategies that support the information needs of the target audiences. Within this role, we work closely in a virtual community with our regional counterparts in Europe, USA, Latin America and Asia Pacific as well as with the other product marketing teams, and SAP S/4HANA Cloud sales, communications and go-to-market teams.


The role

  • Building out and maintaining JAM sites (Update/Review)
  • Power Point (Creating, Reviewing and Updating presentations, for template-, font and formatting and optic/design consistencies)
  • Create and maintain a content calendar and schedule
  • Create and manage marketing newsletter(s)
  • Support (Virtual) event logistics and maintain results reports
  • Upload content to different channels (YouTube, internal file storages
  • Maintaining a list of existing content with status – storage place etc.
  • Support content review cycles and inventory


Role requirements 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university/college preferably in a business and/or scientific field of study
  • Strong ppt, excel and other Microsoft Office skills
  • Skills in design tools, e.g. Adobe Photoshop, are beneficial.
  • We look for a student who will be available for at least 12 months.
  • Comfortable working with senior subject matter experts
  • Ability to work in a multinational and multi-cultural team spread across multiple time zones
  • Good organizational skills, structural way of working
  • self-motivated, team player, flexible, quick learner, good networker
  • Fluent English is mandatory, additional languages are advantageous
