The mission of Global Post Sales Processes (GPSP) as part of the Global Process Office in the board area Co-CEO is to ensure a seamless post sales experience for all customers across all Lines of Business, spanning all the way from entitlement to renewal. Key objectives are the simplification and harmonization of post sales processes and systems in close alignment with SAP’s development, sales and support teams. In addition, GPSP comprises ONE Renewal, Services Processes Innovation, Support process experience, Adoption and Usage, supporting all process-related activities and acting as trusted advisors to the business.


Cloud Fulfillment Processes team strives to ensure service transparency and implement easy-to-use tools and processes within the cloud world alongside driving transformation projects across the company. We are looking for a student candidate to support this team within GPSP.
Tasks will include:

  • Support Program Management function with strategic and operational planning and execution 
  • Drive forward the enablement, communications and social media activities
  • E2E execution of stakeholder alignments and meetings (incl. planning, preparation, follow-up)
  • Cross-organizational communication with stakeholders and onboarding support  
  • Success monitoring and preparation of executive reports
  • Project-specific preparations and evaluations 
  • Reporting and documentation responsibilities



  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Studying preferably in the fields: Business Administration and Engineering, Communications, Marketing, Economics or a related field
  • Having the following computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and willingness to learn new applications
  • Experience in creating video content and editing with tools (Powtoon, Videolicious) etc.
  • Proficiency in tools such as designing and maintaining SAP JAM and SharePoint
  • Reporting and analytical capabilities, flexibility and focus on results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory) and German (optional)
  • Willing to work in an international setup
  • Proactive and self-dependent working style, goal-orientation and affinity to structure
  • Soft Skills: Open-minded personality and a solution-based approach to problem solving, enthusiasm, team-orientation, creativity and flexibility
  • Others: Work experience within SAP is preferred, experience in cloud related fields is a strong advantage.
