What you´ll do

You will be supporting a team of change agents helping to develop a sustainable, culturally engaged ecosystem within Corp-TO that enable distributed teams to cultivate a successful company culture and to accelerate a more outcome-driven, resilient and high productivity workforce.


This role includes the following tasks:

  • Cultivate a positive connection among Corp-TO colleagues to foster better collaboration and synergy
  • Plan and carry out events and team-building initiatives for employees
  • Communicate the company’s culture goals through internal communications, staff meetings, and one-on-ones
  • Conduct interviews to follow up on cultural initiatives
  • Act as a liaison between employees and other C-level executives
  • Drive action tracking and calendar planning of engagement activities


What you bring


  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Change Management / Marketing
  • Computer skills: PowerPoint, Excel
  • Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
  • Soft skills: empathetic, team player, expert in organizing, creative, excellent communication skills, geek in collaboration and execution of events

The SAP Corporate Transformation Organization – as part of the People and Operation board area - aims to support SAP’s lines of businesses in their accountability to drive cloud transformation within their domains. Started as a pool of Cloud strategists, business transformation architects and program managers, we are striving for the next level of excellence.
We are a team of experienced program-, project- and change managers with a broad view on SAPs Organization, Business Models and Strategy. Combined with our expertise on Cloud and Infrastructure Management, we are building a trusted and acknowledged partner throughout SAP and it`s Line of Businesses (LoB)  – we are the so called “Capability Infrastructure Management
As team, we are looking for YOU with a growth and agile mindset eager to actively drive SAPs Cloud Capability journey. “What does good look like” is the term and together we will bring it to life by ensuring a seamless collaboration among involved Board Areas and the Corporate Transformation Office.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
