THE ROLE


The Working Student focused on Integrated Internal Communications is responsible for creating and managing content for internal communications activities across multiple channels and for all programs, projects, and topics impacting our global ID&A team.

  • Create content (text, graphics, video) for a variety of channels and campaigns
  • Plan, organize and help facilitate internal events
  • Use and administer tools, channels, and platforms
  • Collect and track engagement data
  • Ensure content is clean, relevant, updated, interesting, engaging as well as accessible and inclusive
  • Develop creative approaches to engaging employees and sharing information with them.

 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university – studying Communications, Marketing, Organizational Change, Information Management, Design/User Experience, or related
  • Excellent spoken and written English a must (preference for native speaker)
  • MS Office 365 user skills required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), experience with SharePoint and MS Teams a plus
  • Team player, curious, creative
  • Detail-oriented, eye for design
  • Proactive, autonomous, organized
  • Design and/or multimedia background including experience with Photoshop/Illustrator and video editing (Camtasia, Powtoon) is a plus
  • Interest in emerging communications and/or workplace trends is a plus

*Programming skills or other deep computer expertise are not required for this role.
