What you’ll do


Position title: Working Student (f/m/d) - Corporate Transformation Organization (Corp. TO)
Work Area: Administration 
Location: Walldorf (remote work possible within Germany)
Expected start date: August 01, 2022

 

In this role, you’ll get the chance to learn and showcase your expertise in business transformation:

  • Learn about and be involved in the latest of SAP’s business initiatives and help to drive change
  • Support SAP colleagues working on strategic projects within SAP Corporate Transformation offices with ad-hoc tasks
  • Develop professional looking decision material that ensures discussion, alignment and decision making and appeal.
  • Virtually align, exchange with and pro-actively support colleagues from Corporate Transformation Organization with assigned tasks
  • Research about transformational market trends and industry benchmarks.
  • Bring outside-in views, external best practices and identify new transformation-related opportunities not only cross board but also outside of SAP to advance projects. 
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and come up with new ideas for content creation, governance and tools.

 

What you bring


You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or University of Applied Sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, is a self-starter and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Business acumen - familiar with concepts of transformation and trends in the industry
  • Software skills: Microsoft Office (Excellent PowerPoint and good Excel knowledge required)
  • Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
  • Project Management skills would be a plus  
  • Soft Skills:
    • Proven ability to comprehend complex challenges and turn them into simple, understandable concepts

Meet your team


Located within the People and Operations board area, the Corporate Transformation Organization translates SAP’s corporate REINVENT strategy into holistic cross-board area execution plans focusing on the most critical and most impactful cloud capabilities to accelerate our Cloud transformation. At the same time, it steers strategic and cross-operational governance topics and provides business operations services to other areas. It enables and audits our customers to achieve and maintain license compliance whilst preventing revenue leakage for SAP.

 

What are we doing: 

  • We make SAP’s #1 reference customer, driving early adoption of SAP’s innovations in the transformation roadmap jointly with the business and channel back requirements to R&D
  • We translate SAP’s corporate strategy into cross-board area execution plans for the most critical and most impactful Cloud transformation area
  • We plan, organize and steer SAP’s Cloud transformation by orchestrating all required parties: process management, operations, and IT.
  • We introduce a “neutral beyond-current-quarter-mindset” and challenge business execution plans with entrepreneurial thinking for the sake of customers, partners, employees, and shareholders.
  • We are a role model for best-in-class consulting and program management serving the business to execute along board priorities.
