About the Team

The Field Transformation & Readiness team serve‘s SAP customers’ evolving needs by creating an environment where everyone feels empowered and enabled to tap into their unique talents and lead with purpose in this global, disruptive marketplace.  We do this through attracting, hiring, developing & integrating talent, and evolving & empowering leadership.

 

The Role

The scope of this position will be global, which will give you an opportunity to be exposed to various cultures and will have you interact with people on a day-to-day basis.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide program overview and KPIs by creating spreadsheets, dashboards and presentations
  • Play an active role in social media, including marketing campaign (internal and external)
  • Support the recruiting and new hire process
  • Provide logistic coordination for events (hiring bootcamps, P2P and Sales Summits), ensuring location, budget control, and all new events assignments

Minimum duration = 6 months with option to extension based on performance

 

Role Requirements

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study:  Project Management, Marketing, Engineering, Administration or related courses, open to various backgrounds
  • Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office 365
  • Soft skills: team player, expert in organizing, creative, motivated, adaptable
  • Others: someone who has previously held a minimum of 6-month WS/Intern position
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Strong communication skills (Fluent English, German a plus)
  • Experience with reports/Infographics, audio/video editing, is a differential
  • Ability to work independently & as part of a team
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Ability to balance multiple requests/tasks.
  • High level of motivation

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
