The Frameworks & Standards team - as part of the Learning Systems Center of Excellence (LS CoE) - ensures a modern, consistent, and playful learner experience by defining and adjusting learner engagement frameworks and learning formats.
•    Document and harmonize learning formats/frameworks to simplify the content creation, curation, presentation, and consumption
•    Facilitate a collaboration network of experts to work end-to-end on the best version of SAP Learning
•    Prototype new learning formats/frameworks and ensure the results will end up in an enhanced learner experience


We are looking for a working student (f/m/d) to support our agile project management.
If you have:
-    excellent verbal and written communication skills,
-    knowledge and/or hands-on experience in agile project management,
-    the flexibility and motivation to work in a remote team setup,
-    an agile mindset with the desire to drive innovation daily,
you will have the opportunity to be part of an exciting team and to hone your knowledge and skills around project management, learning experience, writing, innovation and content/media production


Your tasks also include:
-    Documentation support
-    Analysis and consolidation of research results
-    Support presentation creation for end users and managers
-    Supporting Thought Leadership initiatives



  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Study field(s) include but are not limited to:  Business Administration, Computer Science, Knowledge Engineering, Knowledge Management
  • Computer skills:  MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
  • Willingness to learn and work with different team collaboration tools such as: Confluence Wiki, Slack, Jira
  • Language skills: good-to-excellent proficiency in English and German
  • Soft skills: Team player, excellent communication and organization skills, high interest in exploring technology to solve business problems


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
