The Global Customer Experience (XMO) team brings together experience and operational data to yield a new level of understanding and insight. It will work closely across sales, services, support, product, marketing and HR as well as each of the Lines of Business to develop common approaches and tooling to measurably improve business performance and outcomes for our internal and external customers. 

Being part of the global XMO team, you will play an active role including many challenging tasks. Your primary responsibilities will be the following:

  • Overall - support in driving action for strategic and tactical communications planning and execution for XMO and all key XM proprams contributing  to drive a customer-centric culture across SAP.
  • Gain a deep understanding of Experience Management (XM) and the close collaboration to with key business stakeholders as it creates the linkage from the research outputs to the business across customers, partners, brand, and product 
  • Contribute to implementing and driving innovative tactics for respective tools and channels
  • Support in developing inspiring material, e.g. Jam Page content, newsletters, blogposts 
  • Carry out special projects as assigned
  • Assist with administrative/operational tasks to support smooth process flow



You are a currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences:

  • Student (f/m/d) of a German university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred field(s) of study: business administration, business information technology, communications, marketing or related courses of study
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English and German - additional languages would be a plus
  • Ability to work in a virtual and international environment with strong intercultural proficiency 
  • High degree of motivation, flexibility, and the ability to work independently
