About the team

Located within the Office of the CEO board area, the SAP Transformation Office acts under the umbrella of the Global Performance Organization, which drives execution and transformation of the company’s strategy to build tomorrow’s SAP.

The Best Run TopX programs are the execution engine for our strategy – spanning all SAP’s board areas. Each of the programs have dedicated business owners who closely collaborate with our transformation teams. Their objective is to redesign our operating model, which includes processes, data, analytical assets, and our system landscape.


The role

You will support the Best Run Top X Programs in their daily program and project management work, for example:

  • Support in project management tasks, such as plan and execute operational activities for program, e.g. regular update of program documents, status reports, etc.
  • Content preparation (for senior and c-level audience), execution, and regular follow ups to ensure up to date content
  • Oversee creation and maintenance of program business deliverables in Jira
  • Support communication activities between Best Run TopX Programs, involved projects and change management team
  • Build up an internal network to other programs or projects and share knowledge and best practices
  • You should be available for a minimum period of six months.


Role requirements

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business or Science studies
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office (good Excel and PowerPoint knowledge required), project management software skills and/or a general interest for information technology would be beneficial
  • Language skills: English (fluent both spoken and in writing), German is highly preferred

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages
