What you'll do


  • Directly supporting the Head of One Domain Model (ODM) in the area of Product Engineering Cross Architecture in administrative and project management tasks
  • Assisting in calendar management and e-mail correspondence with stakeholders
  • Preparation, execution and follow up on strategic meetings or workshops
  • Getting involved in recruiting and onboarding/offboarding processes and being responsible for interview scheduling, candidate correspondence, returning of equipment & ordering office supplies
  • Coordination of internal communication and events, such as team events
  • Analyzing and reporting of work results and milestones in Jira


What you bring


  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Administration, Management, Innovation & Technology, Communications
  • Computer skills: MS Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Jira (optional)
  • Language skills: fluent (spoken and written) in German and English
  • Soft skills: outstanding organizational and time management skills to support the team keeping timelines and reaching milestones; ability to work independently; demonstrating commitment and a sense of responsibility; excellent team player
  • Preferred flexible working hours


Meet your team

The SAP One Domain Model (ODM) team is part of the Product Engineering (PE) board area and one of the key drivers of the Intelligent Enterprise. ODM helps SAP deliver unified domain models for business objects across different SAP applications, enabling those systems to use a common, reference data model for data exchange and analysis, enabling out-of-the-box integration.

You will work with a small global team of highly motivated and experienced experts including architects and developers supporting the unit in a variety of prevailing topics that will support to shape the unit’s mission and pave the way for SAP’s success.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
