What you´ll do

 

We, the Hyperspace Processes & Compliance Team, are running several initiatives to improve the documentation describing existing processes and working models. As part of our team, you’ll be supporting the collaboration with our stakeholders, for example by facilitating and driving the re-work of existing documentation. In addition, you’ll be responsible to approach and support our colleagues in different board areas, organize alignment and review meetings, draft meeting minutes and participate in content review meetings, as well.


The role offers unique insights into SAPs core value chain processes as well as our product lifecycle. You can get a deep understanding of SAPs development and development governance frameworks, including process management within a multinational company.


Duration: min. 3 month – longer is a plus; working hours 10 - 20 hours per week

 

What you bring

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: economics, technology, psychology, consulting
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office skills is a must, e-mail systems, and in general no fear to work in new, mostly web-based systems
  • Language skills: fluent in English and German
  • Soft skills: team player, expert in organizing, social skills to work with different types of SAP colleagues ranging from geeks to more commercial-related profiles
  • Others: skills in psychology and/or communication are a plus, as our team is confronted with a constant need to simplify messages and therefore has to analyze certain people and the way they see their work at SAP

Our team ‘Hyperspace Processes & Compliance’ is part of SAP’s IE Innovation, Technology & Data organization in the People & Operations Board area.


SAP’s IE Innovation, Technology & Data (ITD) designs, builds, and runs the mission critical data models & technology foundations to enable SAP to innovate, optimize and scale its business models & products.


The ITD Hyperspace Processes & Compliance Team designs and owns well-established, cloud-native, and end-to-end processes for all SAP development stakeholders, while ensuring compliance and high-quality solution and product delivery.

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
