The SAP Alumni Relations team orchestrates a growing network consisting of currently 12.000+ former and current SAP employees.
Many former SAP employees joined SAP customers and partners. To stay in contact with them is an excellent opportunity for SAP to develop business, create brand ambassadors and regain talents.
The SAP Alumni enjoy maintaining and strengthening their network.



The role is to support the Alumni team by:

  • Analyzing the needs of the Alumni
  • Establishing and maintaining new communication and social media channels
  • Supporting the Alumni whenever they have questions
  • Organizing exciting virtual events

You will get the opportunity to broaden your network, learn how to manage projects as well as professional communities and gain insights into a  leading edge SaaS portal platform.


  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Computer Skills: Familiar with social media and office applications
  • Fluent in English, German as a plus
  • Soft skills: creative and team player

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
