We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from. About the team

Do you want to join a young, diverse, and laid-back team? You have no ambitions to make coffee for superiors, but you’re interested to learn about software and technical stuff? Then join us and send your application.

Our team is in charge of helping people inside and outside the company to understand a brand new software product that is key for the future of SAP, which we call SAP Central Business Configuration. Briefly speaking, it’s a central tool that will make it possible to configure a business process spanning one or more SAP software products, but you’ll learn more about this once you start here.

As a valuable member of our international team, you will support us in preparing software demos, presentations, and learning materials, along with software testing.

There will of course be learning on the job, but we’re looking in particular for someone who can also work on their own and who thinks things through.

The role

  • Your main job will be to work within the software by creating users, assigning roles, creating workspaces, establishing connections between systems, and resetting user credentials
  • Besides, you’ll be involved in testing steps in the software and documenting them in written format
  • You’ll work closely together with international colleagues and other working students

Role requirements

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: As long as you’re interested in software and technology, we’re happy to give all fields of study a chance
  • Computer skills: MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Outlook, Sharepoint and MS Teams are a plus
  • Language skills: Fluent in English and German
  • Soft skills: Team player, enthusiastic, open-minded, communicative, reliable, self-driven, flexible
  • Others: VBA (Excel programming), MS Power Automate, and first knowledge about SAP and SAP S/4HANA Cloud are a plus, but not a must

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
