The SAP Partner Licensing Services (SAP PLS) team manages a portfolio of service models for test, demonstration & development services for all SAP partners. Our team continuously improves the service portfolio and is working on new offerings within our service portfolio towards partners. In addition we manage and monitor the end to end processes (Contracting, Ordering, Invoicing, Order Fulfillment, Termination & Sunsetting) and we are constantly driving to further improve the partner experience by further process automation and by aligning the service portfolio with other partner topics.

In your role you will work closely with the project manager in supporting the roll-out of a major change-project. In that role you will work independently on several quality management tasks, be the point of contact for different stakeholders regarding the project and provide regular update and reports on the progress. 



  • Work on different quality management projects like reviewing the data quality in the systems
  • Support the project manager with upcoming topics
  • Create regular and ad-hoc reports for different project stakeholders
  • Keep track of incoming feedback, communicate with internal and external stakeholders and decide on follow-up actions 
  • Provide regular project status updates around your projects




  • Student (f/m) of an university or an university of applied science in Economics or Computer Science
  • Language skills: Fluency in German and English - both written and spoken
  • Experience working within operations related fields is an advantage
  • Computer skills: Excellent skills on MS Office products, SAP Software (CRM, ERP, …) skills is a plus
  • Soft skills:
    • Ability to work independently and self-organized
    • Ability to communicate comfortably and effectively within an international environment
    • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to take own initiative
    • Very good analytical and organizational skills
    • Results-oriented
  • Others: High customer orientation and focus
