PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The SAP Partner Licensing Services (SAP PLS) team manages a portfolio of service models for test, demonstration & development services for all SAP partners. Our team continuously improves the service portfolio and is working on new offerings within our service portfolio towards partners (e.g. Cloud products of SAP, pay per use models, shared service options). In addition we manage and monitor the end to end processes (Contracting, Ordering, Invoicing, Order Fulfillment, Termination & Sunsetting) and we are constantly driving to further improve the partner experience by further process automation and by aligning the service portfolio with other partner topics (new partner programs, enablement, marketing, SAP trial offerings, …).
Your main tasks within our SAP Partner Licensing Services Deploy & Run team will focus on the execution of terminations of licensing agreements due to breach of contract. This project includes the preparation of different waves, communication with internal stakeholders and external partners, quality management measures as well as reporting. 
 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Execute terminations following the pre-determined processes by sending out individually prepared DocuSign envelopes 
Review data quality in the systems and perform the operational termination of orders and licenses in the corresponding backend system 
Keep track of incoming feedback, communicate with internal and external stakeholders and decide on follow-up actions 
Provide regular project status updates around your projects

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or an university of applied science
    • Studies in Economics or Computer Science is a plus
  • Language skills: Fluency in German and English - both written and spoken
  • Experience working within operations related fields is an advantage
  • Computer skills: Excellent skills on MS Office products, SAP Software (CRM, ERP, …) skills is a plus
  • Soft skills:
    • Ability to work independently and self-organized
    • Ability to communicate comfortably and effectively within an international environment
    • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to take own initiative
    • Very good analytical and organizational skills
    • Results-oriented
  • Others: High customer orientation and focus
