What you will do:

You will support the S/4HANA User Experience Strategic&Financial Operations Team and our Management Assistants. The team is responsible for improving business productivity and efficiency by supporting central processes which contribute to the achievement of business priorities. You will mainly work on updating and maintaining our Budget and Headcount data files, support us in working with and analyzing reports, and the preparation of the financial forecasts and management updates. You will be involved in strategic planning of the unit many processes that are involved in running an organization and making decisions. Moreover, we need your support for ad-hoc administrative tasks to support out managers and teams to remain efficient and compliant. 

What you bring:

• Bachelor or Master’s studies in Business Administration / Economics / Data Science / Analytics or similar field of studies 
• Profound knowledge of particularly Microsoft Excel but also Power Point, Word, and Outlook 
• Language skills: Fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory), German (beneficial)
• Skills: strong data processing skills, ability to multitask, get-things-done attitude, excellent self-organization, structured and reliable working attitude, pro-activeness, willingness to pick up and drive topics independently, ability to interact with diverse project teams / stakeholders, team player
• Experience with SAP controlling/budgeting processes and HC/financial reporting or any other financial processes would be a benefit, but not a must

Meet your team:

The SAP S/4HANA User Experience Business Services Team is at the heart of SAP S/4HANA User Experience, driven by team members with diverse expertise and quality. The team supports the unit’s daily business and strives for being a lighthouse organization for people who can live a culture of innovation, commitment, collaboration and customer focus. The team, led by the COO of the unit, consists of Central Strategic&Financial Operations, and Design Operations, Communications, People Topics, Project and Program Management and Project Management.
The Strategic&Financial Operations Team within the Business Services Team handles HR and controlling topics, resource planning, drives strategic topics and take cares of reporting on all levels.  At the heart, we combine data and numbers with business knowledge to provide a basis for decision making. We support the creation of our investment strategy, manage and monitor the units’ budget, complete the financial forecast and act as trusted business advisor in a changing environment. We work very closely with internal UX Design and Development teams and management. Our day-to-day responsibilities also include admin topics such as resource and data management, compliance topics, as well as exceptional procurement management.
