About the team

The SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) organization is a business unit responsible for providing cloud hosted infrastructure and application management services to SAP customers around the world in a 24x7 operations model. Our portfolio of private cloud solutions turns SAP products into a solution-as-a-service on customer’s preferred infrastructure, including Hyperscalers, as one SAP. The portfolio is at the center of the SAP strategy to help customers on their journey to use SAP S/4HANA and become an Intelligent Enterprise. 

As part of ECS, the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Private Cloud Customer Center, or PC3, is a shared services organization dedicated to managing service delivery at scale for high-volume, low-touch, private cloud customers. 

Because we are at the heart of the SAP strategy, our business unit is growing rapidly. In order to facilitate that growth, we are looking for working students with diverse reporting and communication backgrounds to join our Global Support and Support Management team.

You will become part of a great team, where there are great opportunities for growth and there is tremendous potential for specialized development of your skills. 


The role

We´re looking for a working student to extend our global ECS PC3 Global Support and Service Management team in the role of a back- office position. You will be the key person to support the team in daily and ongoing tasks.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Creation of global communications such as newsletters, rollouts, announcements
  • Support in designing power point slides for the management and various stakeholders
  • Support in designing and maintaining the knowledge management platform of PC3
  • Retrieving data and analyzing the same for ad hoc or continuous business reviews and reporting requirements
  • Supporting the team in ongoing projects
  • Supporting the team in general business-related administrative tasks

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities in complex environments
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a dynamic & global team
  • Ability to establish solid working relationships with team members and peer teams.
  • Languages: Perfect command (verbal and written) of German and English (additional language is a plus)
  • Solid MS Office knowledge and skills in PPT and preferable in XLS & Word
  • Preferably to be enrolled in a communication and/or marketing university program
  • Possess strong sense of teamwork, integrity, proactiveness, self-motivation, positive attitude, and creativity
  • Able to rapidly absorb new facts and techniques
  • Enrolled at an university
