PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES 


The Digital Collaboration Solutions team, as part of the SAP Intelligent Enterprise Solutions organization, delivers customer-specific software solutions to all Lines of Business within SAP to enable innovation or to optimize existing processes. The Internal Experiences group within that team delivers internal web-based tools and products which are serving all SAP employees to improve the way they work and to provide an amazing experience.

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS


You will be working in a fast-paced technical environment and actively shaping the SAP employee experience across audiences. You will be assigned tasks that will require collaboration across different stakeholders (mainly IT, Product Management and the project team) and will be delivering enablement and communication content for our global SAP audience.

Your role will have the following tasks:

  • Support communication strategy and coming up with innovative ideas to reach our different target audiences across geographies, expertise and generations.
  • Support Internal Solutions communication activities to SAP employees as target audience:
    • Work with the intranet product owners on topics that should be communicated
    • Identify target audience & suggest and explore different enablement options
  • Video production:
    • Support in producing several video- based stories
    • Contribute to innovative and engaging communications that increase awareness of our intranet capabilities
  • Help to produce the communication and enablement materials
  • Ensure reviewers give their approval prior to publishing

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
 

  • Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Technical Writing, Communications, Media & Web technologies, Information Technology Information Systems, Business Administration
  • Required Computer skills: Video and sound editing, profound knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Preferred Computer skills: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS. 
  • Language skills: fluency in both English and German.
  • Soft skills: Interest in exploring new ways to effectively share knowledge within a global company via intranet and social media 
  • Others: Curiosity to learn new technologies and solutions is mandatory. Strong team spirit and interest in collaboration and creative talent for communication and marketing tasks. 

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
