ABOUT THE TEAM


Intelligent Enterprise Business Solutions (IES) organization implements integrated and scalable SAP business-technology products, striving for the best user experience and influencing SAP's product development, applying embedded innovation like Machine Learning, Analytics, and RPA into product delivery and supporting and enabling our people to grow as professionals. 
 
In doing so, IE Operations (IE Ops) team is responsible for the smooth running of all business-critical systems and applications at SAP and provides additional value-added services to the internal employees.
Within IE Ops, the IE Solution Management & Operation (SMO) team integrates SAP's innovations to the existing business system landscapes and provides stable system operations. 
 
IE Solutions Management Business Systems Germany within SMO is orchestrating the systems that run SAP's business. We are responsible for building, maintaining, and operating the internal business system landscapes

 

THE ROLE

 

  • Continuous improvement of daily operations supporting internal agile projects teams
  • Generate ideas with a fresh and outside-in perspective
  • Support various communication activities and knowledge management projects such as drafting content for emails, SharePoint pages, presentations, and onboarding material
  • Support other SMO initiatives within IE Ops, including workshop preparation and team-building support activities
  • Support internal app development/product team for planning of operational activities
  • Support technology research with the use of SAPs latest innovations
  • Support technology or development Projects
  • Development and Testing of SAPUI5 Application within a ScrumTeam

 

Preferred start date 01.08.2021; Minimum employment duration 6 months; Minimum working hours per week 15h

 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Information Science, Business Administration, or shown affinity with project management 
  • Computer skills: MS Office, MS Teams, MS SharePoint, JIRA
  • A plus: HTML 5, JavaScript, SAP UI5
  • Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
  • Soft skills: team player, enthusiastic, good communication and collaboration skills (especially in a virtual environment), open-minded, pro-active, and self-dependent working style, reliable, and curious towards new technologies

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
