What you’ll do:

IS-Media is a solution that helps SAP’s customers produce some of the world’s leading newspapers, books, and journals. It has been the staple solution of the Media industry at SAP for many years. As business conditions change SAP needs to help our customers move to S/4 HANA and the Industry Cloud.

• This role would help our team develop a customer strategy around how SAP IS-Media customers move to S/4
• The role would help prepare and conduct customer sessions in Germany
• Prepare the advisory council meeting in November of this year
• Help educate customers on the Media Industry Cloud 
• Work with Partners and SAP Development to implement the IS-Media strategy
• Conduct and attend customer and partner meetings 

What you bring :

We’re looking for a student (f/m/d) who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Required 

• Past experience in support for social media communication
• PowerPoint, Excel / Word / Zoom, and Teams
• English and German language
• Self-motivated team player, a willingness to roll up the sleeves required curious, energetic, and passionate to make a difference
• Businness study focus 

Plus 

• Strong business analytic capabilities and tools experience – an experience with SAP solutions would be a plus not required
• Understanding of cloud technologies, S/4 HANA familiarity
• Creativity and critical thinking

The Service’s Industry team plays a key role in fulfilling this mission: as part of SAP’s ICA (Industry and Customer Advisory) group we are responsible for providing industry strategy, thought leadership, and business development to propel SAP’s portfolio to global customers.  Within that Service Industry team, we have a global team responsible for the Media and Entertainment Industry.    
 

Our global M&E team is small, supportive, and very inclusive. We based in Germany, the US and Singapore. We engage across the SAP matrixed organization, with our customers, and with our extensive partner community to develop, market, support our applications and solutions.
