What you'll do

 

  • Creating crisp, informative compelling internal communication formats and assets ensuring key messages are shared with and understood by affected teams and individuals
  • Identifying those key messages by listening actively during meetings or reading through information shared (i.e., Board Sprint Meetings, Quarterly Update Calls, Jira Tickets)
  • Preparing compelling stories and high-quality communication assets such as Newsletter, talk tracks, video scripts, videos, bylines, quotes, and briefing documents for a range of different audiences in alignment with the subject matter experts 
  • Creating an ongoing communication roadmap and keep track
  • Partner with the L2 CXS communications lead, and other key functions to ensure relevant, aligned and effective communications

 

What you bring

 

  • Experience in internal and external communications 
  • Experience with communication and collaboration tools like MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint
  • High level of quality, reliability, attention to detail and flexibility
  • Demonstrated strength in working collaboratively with, and across a variety of global, cross-functional teams
  • Growth mindset with desire to learn and try new approaches 
  • Self-motivated and team oriented 
  • Excellent English language, writing and editing skills, German is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – communicating with others, problem solving and decision making
  • University Degree, in Communications, Communications Design, Marketing, Business Administration, or comparable
  • Experience in dealing with large, multinational enterprises / providers is a plus

The Digital Customer Office team is driving the Simplification and harmonization of SAP’s Customers Digital Experience. Everything starts with the customer first, identifying the best Customer Journey which means aligning, merging or integrating SAP's digital touchpoints, tools & services along the customer journey.
