The SAP HANA team develops a platform that performs parallel in-memory processing of huge data sets to offer extremely fast real-time responses for analytic queries. The platform also provides libraries for predictive, planning, text processing, spatial, and business analytics – all on the same architecture.

Our team works in close collaboration with the Head of SAP HANA development providing executive support regarding product strategy definition, business development, Board-level reporting, budgeting, controlling, as well as HR-related topics. Besides this, we also handle all internal communications and plan various SAP HANA events. Bottom line, we make sure our organization of 1,400+ employees runs smoothly day-to-day. As a Project Consultant in the SAP HANA Executive Support team you will work closely with the Head of SAP HANA Development, COO as well as Chief of Staff to:

  • Help to build and manage relationships with counterparts in Development, Sales, Support and Operations to manage cross-functional topics optimized for successful product and business execution
  • Work together with other development teams to inspire, excite and energize one another to succeed by sharing customer and market insights
  • Prepare ad-hoc content for Board meetings, global conferences, customer visits and many other occasions for the Head of SAP HANA Development
  • Help manage unit budgeting and forecasting

  • Ability to draw conclusions from data and recommend actions
  • Entrepreneurial drive and ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced product environment
  • Excellent organizational, business strategy planning and project management skills
  • Advanced business judgment and ability to communicate with highly technical team, as well as non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to support business development activities and communicate the value of SAP HANA
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills
  • Team player with ability to engage with different cultures and people at several organizational levels
  • Experience in C-level interaction
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel


  • University degree in Information Technology, Economics, Business Administration or related
  • 1-3 years of professional work experience


  • SAP technology experience ideally gained with internships, or student projects with roles in a strategic function as well as in product development
