The SCRUM team is working in the area of marketing data management and is responsible for the data foundation, which is a fundamental element for marketing processes and is used by every customer. By collecting data that comes from various channels (SAP solutions, social media, Hybris Commerce, other) this foundation builds the basis to create a 360 – degree view of contacts and customers, their preferences, their activities, and reflect that knowledge in marketing all activities. You will be part of this Team and work as of a (Associate-) Developer. You will work on development tasks end-to-end (i.e. requirements / ideas, design, build in quality, testing and documentation, interaction with (pilot-)customers).


The team covers the entire development stacks for doing this (Fiori / HTML5 consuming ODATA, ABAP).  As we ship our product as a Public Cloud offering (SaaS), quality and test automation is key and is playing an important role in the daily task of our developers.

The job requires among others:

  • Software development skills with a passion to build quality applications
  • Designing, implementing, testing and maintaining solutions with an openness for new technologies in an innovative environment
  • Accountability, delivery of the assigned tasks on time, ensuring high quality and high performance
  • Be customer oriented – customer issues have top priority; actively pick customer tickets and push for a solution that fixes the root cause of the issue
  • Work in an agile development environment which requires the individual to be self-driven, take decisions independently and be flexible in order to cater to demand


Required skills

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Natural Science, Business Engineering or a related discipline
  • Constructive and open style of communication as a team player
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to new tasks/challenge
  • Strong analytical & conceptional skills, define new software architecture and transfer them into a shippable product
  • Experience with ABAP and Netweaver as a Development Environment
  • Fluent German language skills (both verbal and written), English language skills at an advanced level


Preferred skills

  • Experience in the following development environments would be beneficial, but not a must:
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work conceptually
  • Experienced in handling customers, especially in a co-innovation mode



  • 0-2 years of practical work experience
