PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

REFUGEES WELCOME!

In the current situation all companies must all step up to the mark in addressing the refugee crisis. Financial assistance, inclusive educational measures and appropriate IT solutions will play an important role. We see it as our responsibility to make a key contribution in all three areas.

Our goal is to offer refugees with a university degree or similar qualifications and experience the opportunity to take part in training and recruitment programs. The interns may use their internship to enable knowledge transfer and enlarge their professional experience. They may also use their internship to check internal job offers and to build up their network within the company. Their mangers and buddies support them with this. Providing access to training opportunities, job prospects, and language training is vital to successful integration and is the only way of giving refugees the chance of a secure and prosperous future.

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Marketing Support: (Walldorf)
Help us to position SAP’s solution properly. Observe what’s going on in the social media and collect relevant information analyze and make them available. Update information in our internal tools to have the latest data available. Support the development of social and digital promotion strategies to support our Sales teams in their efforts.
You are a strategic thinker and you have first experiences experience with social media channels and tools, ideally in context of social marketing – we have the positions to look deeper into these topics.

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Degree at a university / university of applied sciences or strong professional experience in the field of: Marketing or a related field of study
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Very good command of English (German optional)
  • Fast learning and ability to think innovative
  • Strong communication skills and well-structured way of working
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment
  • High committed and proactive team player
