PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Intern will be part of the Peer-to-Peer Learning team that leads the SAP internal Peer-to-Peer Learning Portfolio, a key value driver of SAP’s Learning culture and a highly successful pillar of the Global Learning Organization. The Peer-to-Peer Learning Portfolio consists of coaching, mentoring, workshop facilitation and more, offering all employees across Board Areas and Lines of Business the opportunity to deal with individual learning challenges in a 1:1 relationship and/or facilitated workshop.

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Supporting the Global Peer Learning team, you will get insights in SAP’s Global Learning Organization, especially in the Peer Learning strategy and portfolio. You will contribute to key activities and projects:

  • Support and drive central processes and projects
  • Take on responsibility for key operations to ensure the quality standards of the portfolio programs
  • Support the daily business as an active part of the Global Learning Organization and the Peer Learning team

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student (f/m) of a university or university of applied sciences (FH), studying social or economic sciences with focus on people, learning or organizational development
  • Computer skills: Very good knowledge of MS-Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge about SAP products is a plus (e.g. SAP Jam, SAP Sign Up)
  • Language skills: Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
  • Soft skills:
    • High supportive attitude and drive for execution
    • Being able to work self-contained in a structured and organized way
    • Ability to work in a flexible, complex and virtual environment
    • Strong understanding and passion for the topic of learning in general and social learning (e.g. mentoring and coaching) in particular
  • Others: Organization and communication skills
