PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

As part of the Customer Office and Strategy & Operations team you get to experience the agility of a startup with the backbone of a global market leader and explore untapped opportunities in software engineering and business with the goal to develop game changing solutions. We foster strong teams and develop solutions jointly with customers and partners from business, academia, and the startup industry, applying Design Thinking and other novel approaches. By turning creative thinking into innovative solutions with market impact and following an end-to-end responsibility approach for our projects, we aim to deliver scalable solutions with a short time to market.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As an intern for the Customer Office and Strategy & Operations team (f/m) you will be working closely with your team members to ensure smooth operations and to help improve the existing processes. You are a well-structured person who is passionate about working on administrative tasks and business content? If the answer is yes, we have the right job for you! In our young and growing team, you will have the opportunity to directly support the Customer Office and Strategy & Operations team at SAP. Your specific tasks include:

  • Support in the preparation of reports and general communication tasks using SAP`s collaboration tools
  • General office administration and organizational tasks, e.g. preparation and invitation of meetings
  • Project management support for various strategic projects
  • Research on global companies and business content
  • Facilitation of daily administrative tasks to support smooth operations
  • Support with other ad hoc requests

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Bachelor's or Master's degree student (f/m) at a university or university of applied sciences, preferred with a focus on international business administration, business informatics, project management or similar fields. Especially Master students with work experience from previous fellowships are welcome to apply.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), experience with project management tools would be a plus, interest in Technology and Innovation topics a plus.
  • Understanding of business operations and interest in global companies
  • Language skills: Excellent level of English (both written and spoken), German would be a plus
  • Soft skills: Ability to prioritize and smoothly manage multiple tasks, strong organizational skills with attention to detail, excellent team working and communication skills, results and quality driven, motivated to work in an international and intercultural team; ability to work independently in a proactive manner.

Please describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
