PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Across SAP, HR plays a key role in providing the operational support on all matters related to employees, managers, and the organization. An important element to HR’s success is to build our skills and leverage best practices across the organization.
SAP HR Learning was established in 2014 as THE single source of all information, learning, onboarding and knowledge sharing for approx. 1.700 HR colleagues around the globe.

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Do you enjoy being creative? Do you like to spend time building photo shows or recording small movies? Do you design websites? Do you enjoy working in an innovative, creative young team? Then you might be the person we are looking for!

We are looking for a working student (f/m), to support the design and development of learning material for virtual live and e-learning. To market and communicate our offerings, we also create videos of real people, from photos or in comic-style. 
Another focus is keeping our HTML-based user interface “Jam” up to date. This is where we announce training events, distribute news and engage with our colleagues around the globe.

Since we are a small team, you will have the opportunity to work very independently and responsibly. In addition, you will get exposure to a broad range of HR colleagues around the globe.

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Design, Instructional Design, Adult Learning and Education, HR, Sociology, Psychology ….      
  • Computer skills:
    • Microsoft PowerPoint
    • ideally experience or keen interest to learn video editing and animation tools (e.g. Go Animate) and
    • Authoring tools for Learning such as Articulate Storyline
    • experience or interest to learn website design/HTML  
  • Language skills:  English (fluent) and ideally German
  • Enjoy working on a project “from start to finish”, all-rounder capabilities
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer orientation, initiative and a strong "can do" attitude
  • Creativity

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs. Please also create a short video about yourself or an interest/hobby. There are plenty of free tools or test versions to be found online.
