PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Market Introduction (MI) unit is SAP’s central unit that collaborates with customers for new SAP solutions before and immediately after they are released to the market. Additionally, the MI unit collects feedback about SAP products and solutions and actively manages Customer Influencing activities such as the SAP Customer Engagement Initiative and/or the SAP Customer Connection to enable an outside-in approach for product managers and product owners.
We are looking for working students, who support us to extend our tools for our internal teams to administer and maintain these initiatives.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Develop features and functions for our administration tool on the SAP Cloud Platform
  • Develop reporting views based on analytical tools from SAP HANA

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields: IT, computer science, economics with programming and/or database background
  • Programming skills, preferably in web environments like SAP Cloud Platform (Javascript, SAPUI5, AngularJS, Java, HTML5/CSS3, SQL, SAP HANA XS services, jQuery, etc.) including corresponding development environments like Eclipse or SAP HANA Studio
  • Fluent in English and/or German
  • Ability to work self-motivated with a sense of responsibility; flexibility and readiness to learn
  • Team player, strong analytical and good communication skills

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • First experiences in development projects preferred
