PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
As HANA Enterprise Cloud Customer Office we protect the investment of our HEC customers by supporting E2E Business Continuity and Innovation Adoption enabling their journey to the Intelligent Enterprise.

HEC Customer Office has the following responsibilities

  • The central entry channel in HEC for the handling and communication of:
    • 24x7 Critical Incidents (DEA)
    • 24x5 Critical Customer Situations
  • Process Owner for E2E transparency across LoB’s for HEC critical customers and critical topics
  • Proactive safeguarding of Top HEC accounts to prevent escalations, enable customer retention and build the basis for future innovation adoption

To strengthen our team with strong we are searching for a motivated working student collaborating with a global, highly professional team of experts.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Support the planning, preparation and implementation of strategic projects in the HANA Enterprise Cloud
  • Compile internal reports
  • Coordinate meetings with the category teams and internal customers
  • Prepare and wrap-up meetings and results
  • Communicate in English with internal customers (via e-mail and phone)

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferred field(s) of study: IT or Economics preferred
  • Computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP Solutions are an advantage
  • Programming skills: SQL, UI5, JavaScript are an advantage
  • Language skills: Good written and verbal skills in English and German
  • Soft skills:
    • Proactive thinking and good sense of responsibility and organizational talent
    • Self-motivation and ability to work independently with focus on results
    • Flexibility and ability to work in a team
