Meet your team


Our team, local HR Services, provides on-site services in where unique country support is required.  By combining local labor knowledge and deep process understanding, we are supporting an efficient and compliant HR service delivery.

Local HR Services team is responsible to resolve employee requests, consult employees and carry out operational HR administration across whole employee life cycle (parts of onboarding, contractual changes and termination process).


What you'll do


1.         Support the Onboarding process

2.         Support the Local HR Services function by administration of different

3.         Prepare reports for Payroll

4.         Check for correctness different employment document

5.         Maintenance of employee files, Optical archiving, archiving documents

6.         Other ad hoc activities in the HR Operational field


What you bring


•           Professional communication skills. Fluency in written and verbal Polish & English.

•           Ability to plan and organize work well

•           Ability to work with confidential information

•           Attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills

•           Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, self-driven attitude

•           Customer oriented

•           Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

•           No previous working experience required


Contract information


•           Full-time Internship role for a student that is currently enrolled at the university

•           Fixed term contract
